Yay! Congratulations! To answer your question, I can't speak from experience, but my cousin's fiance had Irish twins, the second born a few months ago, and her second pregnancy was completely normal despite being only a few months post-partum.

Most women are perfectly fine giving birth this closely together. There are exceptions but if you are young and take good care of yourself everything should be fine. Big congrats!
