Not to take any credit from hoodihoo, because she did a great a job and I would have no idea how to do something like this from scratch, but I've modified her playroom banner slightly if anyone is interested.

I changed it to last 4 seconds on each slide instead of just 2, so I can really see those cute babies, and I set it to repeat so we can see them all instead of it just ending on Susie, Tommy, Victoria and Vivien. As cute as they are (hey one of them is mine), I want to see them all!

If anyone wants it different, I can probably take care of that for you. Like repeat but still only last 2 seconds each, or 3 or 5 or whatever.

Thanks! I like the slower speed.

Sorry to be so techno-dumb, but I still can't figure out how to get this into my siggy. When I try to copy the image or address and paste it into my siggy, it just shows up as an html address (not as the image itself). Phooey!

Smashie- the easiest way to get on the siggy is you need to right click on the image and save on to your desktop on the computer. Then from there, go to photobucket ( or a site similar) and upload the desktop image to your personal account . Copy and use the img code to add to your siggy. Try the same process as you did for the pic that's in your siggy already I can't wait until I have Internet to do this myself.

Smashie, are you clicking on the picture icon, and then pasting the address into the box, replacing the "http:" that was there? Make sure there's only one "http:" and not two.

You can just copy the link, but then if I ever move or delete it, you'll lose it. If you want to make sure you have control over it, then upload it to your own photobucket or whatever and repeat the process.

Okay, so I uploaded the file to my flickr page, but when I copied the BB code into my JM siggy, the image doesn't scroll through the babies. It's static. Oh lord, I'm dumb at this.

It looks great!! I've been away from the PR for awhile so this is the first I've seen it.

Smashie: make sure you save it as a .gif file?

This should work without uploading it yourself. Then you can try that if we get this to work:

[IMAG]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9528264/prsiggy3.gif[/IMG]

Copy and paste the above, but delete the "A" from IMAG at the beginning.

Again, that's a link to my public file, so it'll work as long as I don't delete it or move it. If you want the file yourself, you need to upload it to photobucket or flickr or some other photo sharing site with a public URL. But let's get it working first, then mess with it.
