Anyone ever hear of this? I use this on cheyenne not all the time but now and then for the cradle cap even the doctors and hosp said it was fine.

That warning basically applies to any liquid, if a child inhales liquid then they can drown. So don't stress too much about this, just use basic precautions around babies/children and you should be fine. I use baby oil on the Kid as she has some fairly dry skin but always put it away afterward, especially since she is starting to get around.
