ahhh so today was an eventful day. Audrey decided she was going to figure out how to finally pull herself up to sitting and standing in her crib and everywhere else!! ( yay for her advancingggg ) but now bed time has been a pain in the tush lol. she is constantly standing in her bed tonight, we go in lay her back down give her pasi and woobie and then say goodnight and leave. Well weve done it like 30 times already and shes not letting up ! shes clearly exhausted. Oh boy! Any adive tips helpppp .. anyone elses babies doing this?!

Hmm. I don't have any good advice. Riley pulls up on things, but hasn't done it in his crib yet. I'm sure soon enough he will! Can she get herself back down or no?

Alex is abit older than some of the babies here. When he first learned to stand up he was the same. He has a sleep bag which makes it harder for him to stand. Also now i rock him to sleep before i put him down. A friend of mine just everytime she stands up she lays her back down again. My friend says her baby gets abit frustrated but is learning mummy always wins! lol

OMG I posted about this last night on FB except Brendan is sitting himself up and cant lay back down lol! He seriously did this all night long. I read on a site that the only thing you can do is keep helping them down until they figure it out.

Derek would do this for a while. If he wasn't crying, I would leave him there. If he was crying I would pull him out, calm him down and then put him back in. Eventually he got it!

Darcy does that too sometimes. I'll put her back down and she'll just get back up. Eventually though she'll just get down and then go to sleep.

Nathan does that too. I try to only put him down when he's already asleep or nearly asleep.

It's just something new she's learned and is excited to use. After a while (days, perhaps weeks) of doing this, she'll do it a lot less often. Zayd just went through the same thing and it was quite tiring but didn't last long! Good luck
