I read somewhere that babies can wake up in the night due to reflux. My toddler has woken up most nights around 1AM forever. She started sleeping throught the night around 6 weeks old, but probably when we started introducing solids (haven't keep good records of this), she started waking up in the night around 1-2AM....I can't help but wonder if she is having trouble with reflux or maybe if she is allergic to a certain food (dairy) and it causes pain/reflux in the night.
I was hoping someone out there might be able to help me figure this out.
I started keeping a journal of what she is eating because at 13 mos she is still spitting up, and I wonder if this is normal or could be related to why she is waking up.
Thank you for your thoughts.

Jax had reflux when he was a bit younger. I can't remember for sure how old he was when he stopped spitting up. I know that he continued to spit up for about a month after we stopped the zantac. It sounds like something you probably should ask your doctor.
