It's Monday...what are you having for dinner (or what did you have)?

I usually cook on Monday's because it's a non-rush-around night (meaning no dance classes, no Brownies or other afterschool activities) but I was exhausted today and had my husbnad pick up a pizza on the way home!

Mmmm.. pizza!

I made homemade chicken tenders, and we had brown rice on the side.. and green beans! Yum!

We had the Garden Delight spaghetti for the first time (it's pretty good) with bolognese sauce.

Baked chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, stuffing and broccoli. Tomorrow will be easier (pasta with sauce).

It's Ronzoni's new vegetable pasta made with carrots, tomatoes and spinach. Great way to get some more veggies into the kids.

Yes, it's actually quite pretty. We got a bunch when there was a freebie coupon for it.
