I attended University and took Environmental Resource Management and Communications/Visual Arts.

I got my manicurist license after graduating

I would have loved to done the full cosmetology licensing but back then, I had no money and needed to work full time to support myself. Now...I have kids so I'm not sure how that would work...

Let's see... I went to Community College - got an Associate's in Liberal Arts
I went to professional photography school and got a Certificate in Commercial Photography (and made a ton of bad life decisions and never pursued a career)
Completed my Bachelor's in Sociology
Now I've almost completed my Master's and have a certification to teach Special Ed.

I have 2 more classes to complete for my master's in education. It's likely I will wait until I am employed FT to let them pay for it.
