Hello fellow NE mommies!
Next week my family is embarking on a road trip to Hershey Park! I was just wondering if anyone on here was from the area or has been there with any tips, places to check out, places to avoid etc???
I'm traveling with my 2 year old daughter so we will need lots of places to stop along the way as well!!
thanks so much in advance!!!
Abby

I've been to Hershey a few times. I don't live nearby - about 2 hours from it.

Where are you coming from?

I haven't actually been to Hershey Park since I was a kid. But I've been to Lancaster county lots since a friend used to live in the area. We loved visiting Amish country - the kids loved seeing the horse and buggies. There's also Tanger outlets, if you're into shopping.

If you have a little girl you might want to check out Dutch Wonderland in Lanscaster. It is geared more to the little kids then Hershey Park.

I'm about an hour and a half from Hershey. Definitely check out Dutch Wonderland and go through Chocolate World at Hershey. Lancaster is fun too with all of the farms. Have fun!!
