How is everyone feeling?

Any fears or anxieties?

Well not so good here i am currently 32 weeks here and have all of the sudden developed high BP, my DR has put me on no lifting and no activity through next tues for now. I am also on weekly checkups oh ya an lets not forget the 24 hour urine collection tomorrow. other than realizing that TV and internet get boring really quickly things are going ok, she is really active and has really strong kicks which is good considering the BP issue. Starting to feel a little anxious about the delivery but i am also really excited too. I just am really scared that my tests are gong to come back with bad resutls on Tues.

I am 34 weeks as of today. I'm doing pretty good, nothing to complain about. I am still working but it gets a little hard to make it all 8 hours, just wear out a little easier. My last day at work is going to be November 12th and I plan on taking the whole 12 weeks. Alexa is growing well and have had no problems since we found out the echogenic focus they found is gone. I am just getting really anxious and I'm ready for her to be here.

If I think about labor to much I get a little freaked out but trying to think about it to much. I'm sure it's going to hurt and all that but let's just not think about it, LOL.

Dotty I hope all your tests come back ok. KUP!

Dotty - I hope all your tests come out okay and that your BP goes down!

Ashley - I'm sure you are counting down until your last day of work!

I'm almost 22 weeks now and doing pretty good. I'm having a lot of hip and back pain, which I expected to happen because of the herniated discs in my lower back. Aside from that I have been battling a sinus and ear infection which really sucks when you're pregnant and can't take anything but Amoxicillin! Aside from that everything is going great!!

I hired a doula two weeks ago and I'm really starting to get prepared for the delivery. DH and I are taking our childbirth classes next month. Our house has also become a construction zone this week as DH started working on Kennedy's nursery!

I'm 15 weeks today!!!!!

I am having my amnio done on Tuesday and I am freaking out about it and now and really worried about the best-rest afterwards. Hard to do with a husband who works long hours and a toddler. But I have some friends who may help out with this, I hope.

I have an ultrasound coming up on the 21st (two days after the amnio)...

Next midwife appointment is on October 27th, so coming up quick too....

Morning sickness is almost gone now I just hope it stays away.....

well i went in for my 3rd appt since my first diagnosis of high bp a week ago. i am now on working bed rest with NSTs twice a week and have to see my OB every week as well as blood draws every week. on top of that they have me on blood pressure medication and i have to see the high blood pressure specialist on thursday. the good news so far is that Victoria is doing ok and my NST results have come back with great fetal heart rates and movement now we just need mommy to get with the program. please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that we can get this stabalized before she decides to induce me.

Keeping you in my thoughts, and hoping that baby stays in its oven for a while longer!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I had the amnio done yesterday and so for far so good, I never got any of the symptoms that I was on look-out for yesterday. The baby looked really good and OMG has grown since my ultrasound 8 weeks ago! Heartrate was around 147 just after the procedure was done, and his/her arms and legs were just a moving around. Its definitely one cute beanie baby :-)
I have to wait for my results now until about 2 weeks, and I'll know the baby's chromosome arrangement (whether or not, it carries the unbalanced translocation like my daughter did) - and i MAY ask my midwife for the baby's gender since she will have that information when the results come in.

Thoughts and prayers headed your way Dotty!

Your due date is coming up so fast Ashley! I understand your anxiety.

So happy to hear your baby is doing well Caylee

Jennifer-Sorry you're in pain, but how exciting is it going to be to have the nursery finished?!

This Monday will be two weeks since I got my first BFP. I know I should be enjoying every day of this pregnancy, but I find myself wanting to fast forward through the first trimester. I'm feeling pretty anxious about everything. How did you ladies reassure yourselves that everything was going well with your pregnancy? My first actual OB visit isn't until Dec. 16th, so I can't hear the heartbeat until 12-13 weeks and will have no testing done whatsoever until then. As far as physical symptoms, I have been extremely fatigued, have sore bb's, am gassy, and every so often I have very slight waves of nausea.

Even having an early appointment does nothing to reassure you....take it from me who was seen the first time at 6 weeks. Honestly, I had a VERY hard time relaxing after my history, especially because I had some bleeding around six weeks. But I finally decided that it was in God's hands and I was going to be positive about it! I think I even announced it on Facebook at 8 weeks. It's hard not to worry, but try to enjoy it, especially if you don't have a lot of morning sickness!! And take lots of naps.

I agree with Jenn!

I went in to the clinic and I was only like 4w,8d or something...... It feels more real when someone confirms it! Go ask to pee in a cup!
