Freddy was supposed to start school yesterday, but he's had a fever since Sunday night. Like 100+. So he couldn't start.

So we were hanging out around the house (and I was trying to convince him to rest). So I pulled out the new books I got him for his birthday. They're like Beginner reader type books. We've been working on reading and word recognition to help his speech (cuz I don't know what else to do to help him at home). Anyways, he read to me!!

He read 2 of the 4 books almost completely on his own!!! He needed a little help with some tougher words like "laugh" and "cartwheel". But I was so THRILLED!!!

Totally the proudest mommy in the whole world. So take that evaluators. Telling me my son has a low IQ, that he might have some mental retardation. ARGH! We'll show them!!

Come share your proud mommy moments too, ladies!!

That is awesome! Yay Freddy!

Natalie's vocab has exploded lately. She has many 4 words sentences. Other people say they can understand her better.

WTG Freddy!!! That's wonderful!

Sean learned some new sounds this week, so that made us really proud. And Tyler sat on his own today, completely unassisted, for a few minutes!! Yay!

How wonderful! Woohoo Freddy!!! He'll show them!!!

My bragging... let's see...

Sadie had a huge regression in potty training right before we moved from MD to WI. I got to the point where I told her 'no more panties until after the move'. So, we did all diapers until the move was complete. About the 2nd or 3rd day after we were in WI, Sadie says to me (this was in the morning) 'Mommy, are we in Wisconsin now?' I said 'Yes.' She said... 'do we wear panties in Wisconsin'. I said 'well, yes, we do.' Then, she went into her bedroom and put on a pair of panties. She has been wearing panties during the days ever since with only a few accidents. I'm so proud of her... she just decided with no prompts from me
