what are you thankful for today?

I have a job, a roof over my head, the luxury of a computer/tv/electricity, etc, we've missed all of the storms and as much i've complained lately that Riley isn't sleeping well and throwing tantrums that are totally out of character for him, i'm glad that i have a son and he's here and able to do that because if that is the extent of my problems, i sure there are several families in our Midwest area that would love to have my problem after losses this past week.

Sorry to get so sappy Haven't watched the weather to see if any there are any more storms coming today, right now we have clear blue skies, not a cloud in sight. If there are, stay safe ladies!

Oh just wait 'til he's 3!

I'm thankful for my kids, my husband, my house... everything! Also, selfishly, I'm thankful for my free Starbucks coupon

LOL that's the thing, it wasn't even terrible 2's! he started throwing tantrums since about 18months of age but this past week or so was NOTHING compared to what he's thrown before. I really don't know what was. I don't know if he was still sick after his fever and cough broke or what. At one point it took both me and JJ to do a diaper change and get him dress and he's never, ever been like that. Last Saturday it took me a good 10 mins to change and dress him so he could go outside. I even told him the whole time "you can go outside but you need clothes and a clean butt (that's what we've always called diapers/diaper changes LOL)" and he was having NONE.OF.IT.AT.ALL.

Kaija went through that at around that age. Diaper changes became screaming matches! Not fun at.all.
