I missed days 1-4 of my pack which was June 10-13 and started the pack on day 5 the 14th. I had unprotected sex on the 12th which was day 3. I've been taking one pill every day since the 14th. What are my odds of having becoming pregnant?

I have no reason to believe that I am pregnant and it's too early to have any symptoms so I guess I'm looking more for past experience or just in general knowledge on likeliness of pregnancy. I've also just noticed that about June 14th or 15th I began having some CM and finding myself "in the mood." I guess that would be ovulation. I know sperm can live for a few days but is it likely I missed it? I also feel a weird painful pressure when I press on my stomach.

It's not highly likely but it is definitely possible. It seems missing pills at the beginning of a pack could be worse then missing in the middle of a pack. Missing that many could really effect things. You could expect that the body could possibly react to that and you could have weird "signs" from the body just being affected by that.
Those signs could have been ovulation, if you ovulated like the 15th, chances are good that sperm would be gone. But in very sperm friendly environment, coming up to the ovulation it normally is friendlier a few days before and sperm can live for typically 72 hours, but it could happen a few live to 3 days.
