So I'm 25 and healthy. I usually have a short cycle and end up with two periods a month (lucky me). My last normal period was about July 4th. Me and my boyfriend haven't been as careful as usual lately. The 21st I had some light spotting for about 3 days then it stopped. I was a little worried about a pregnancy after STILL not having a period but I have been having all my usual PmS symptoms (bloated/lower back pain/sleepy/ the usual) (took a preg test sat AM. Negative) SO this morning I assumed I was starting when i had some light pink spotting and my lower back pain was stronger. So I got a tampon and went about my business BUT ( ) when I start my period the first day my flow is always heavy so when I went to change my tampon I was shocked to see NOTHING. Back has been a little sore but no period. Not sure it's related but me and my partner had sex last night and it felt like my cervix was painful? My doc wants me in 1st thing in the AM for a pregnancy test but I'd really like some kind of input before then. Anything would be appreciated greatly!!
Thanks for the reply. I'm just nervous cause I've only misses a period once ( when I was 17) and my boyfriend keeps asking menus I'm pregnant cause I've been feeling strange and apparently eating a lot. I was sure I wasn't when the HPT was neg. Then I read about all these women having negatives far into their pregnancy. I guess I'll just wait and see. I'm not necissarily ready for a kid but an answer as to whats goin on with my body will make me feel much better either way and I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. :/
