I posted on here about a week ago saying I had sore breasts and some other pregnancy symptoms. But unfortunately, the next day (30th) I started my period. I got extremely bad cramps, unlinke any I've had before and it was a heavier flow then usual. My period ended 2 days ago, which is also a shorter period then my normal. Today, I've started getting bad cramps again. Like my period is coming AGAIN. Some of my friends say that I could've miscarried. I scheduled a doctors appointment for later this month but once again, I would like opinions. :/

You could have, honestly only a doctor will be able to make that diagnosis.

A dr might not even be able to if you passed everything and time passed. They could only tell if you retained and not fully miscarried or still had some HCG left in your system.

It could have been a miscarriage or it could have just been a bad cycle, it's not unusual for a woman to have more or less cramps then usual from time to time
