So here's the deal..my last period was Oct 7th. I usually have a 29 day cycle give or take a day. It is now Nov 16th and still no sign of af. The thing is this is my first month off birth control so I don't know if this is all do to that. I haven't had a lot of pregnancy symptoms just some mild cramping, back/body aches, and bloating. In the last 2 days the bloating has gotten real bad. I am puffed up like a balloon..I look pregnant. I've taken a urine and blood test and both were negative. Should I have an ultrasound done? Or is it something else?

Your cycle is probably off because of being off of BC. Mine took forever to get back to normal. I would not have a period for 2 months, then I'd have 2 periods in one month. If you've taken a blood test and it was negative, you're probably just "off" this month.
