I actually think I posted here awhile ago, but only a few posts.. so I'm basically new! I almost took a year break from JM.
I'm Jessica (Jess), married to Eric and we've been TTC #1 for awhile (we started in August of 2008, had 2 pregnancies in the past 2 years, both of them miscarriages) and then we took nearly a year off.
May I post here even though I'm not a mommy yet?
I've always been a southerner, I was born and raised in Florida (Jacksonville) and we relocated to GA (Atlanta) last year. I absolutely adore and love it here!!!
Welcome back to JM, and best of luck TTC. I'm Katrina, mom to two little monsters, Ian and Brendan. I grew up in FL too - in the Orlando area. I spent 6 1/2 years in WI after I got married, and we just moved back south to SC this past fall. Looking forward to getting to know you.
Jess I wanted to let you know that I understand what you are going trough. It took me two years to get pg with my first. I went through IVF, IUIs, clomid and so much more. It was very hard and exteremly painful, frustrating, and draining. After all that failed I had nothing let and the dr gave us a less than 1% chance to concieve on our own. Then lo and behold there came Jordan all on our own. I got pg completely naturally!!!
So it can happen, and keep your head up, I know how diffcult this journey can be. Let me know if you need anything or just want to chat. I would love to hear from you.
