Does your town or nearby towns have a farmers market? Is it a big deal there? Do you ever shop at it or sell items in it?

I think there are a few during the summer. I know of one not too far from me that I will be checking out later this summer. I love supporting local families and buying fresh fruit/veggies. We usually do our own garden, but being in a new house for just 3 months, we only put in tomatoes and some basil this year.

Most of the towns around here have farmers markets and they seem to be a big deal. I've never gone to one
