What's the farthest you would drive to do something fun if only gone for a day?
IS there anywhere fun around you that you like to go spend the day--(more vacation like)?

3 hours max
We have a lake that's not far that has a beach area, you can canoe or swim

2 or 3 hours.
There are lots of places around me. I'm only 45 min to the beach, so that's nice.

4 hours, my parents live in Tampa and my sister in Orlando and I am about 4 hours away from both. There is a lot to do around here though. The beach is an hour and there is a state park 10 min from the house with boat rides, hiking trails and a spring to swim in. Plus a ton of parks and museums.

Probably 2 hours. If we're talking only one day, driving time would be 4 hours total....anymore than that wouldn't give us enough time to enjoy where we were going! We are actually going to Lake Placid tomorrow and that is about 45 min from us and all of our family lives about an hour and a half north of us, we do it quite often...

A few hours. Maybe a bit longer if the event was well worth it.
There is a lot to do here just nothing "vacation" wise. Towns a couple hours away have some great things to do though.
