It depends on how big I considered the problem. If it was big and I knew we were not allowed to do it, yes I'd 'tattle'. But small things (pulling hair, slapping, ect) I'd often do it back or yell and get onto whoever did it. Which, oftev=n got me into more trouble so maybe I should havetattled
I had no siblings, so tattling wasn't a big thing for me, but holy heck is it for my kids!
Here's how often "I'm telling" comes out of one of their mouths. Amber is doing something wrong today, I don't even know what I said "No, Amber!" She is annoyed by this, so she runs across the room, hand up, cuz she's gunna smack me to tell me how she feels and while doing so she says "I'm telling." Who's she telling? I'm MOMMY! She's not even 2!!!
