Are you looking forward to any festivals/carnivals in your area?

Do you participate in the county/state fairs?

We have our local festival the first week in June, but I'll probably be in the hospital or just getting home, so I think we're skipping that this year!

I like to go to our fair. I figure our Fun Days (our real local carnival stuff) won't be visited by me because it is always the like first or second weekend of June and well...baby...

We have the strawberry festival the first weekend of June.

And I love walking around the state fair.

Going to the fair was always my birthday present! I only went to Fun Days when I was in the band marching.... that was less "fun", lol!

They have a local carnival in our city this weekend and we may go. I love to go on rides but DH hates it and Kynslee isn't old enough to do anything but still may be fun to walk around.

I LOVE the state fair here. I look forward to it every year! Last year I was about 33 wks pregnant when we went so I was a little more tired and didn't enjoy it quite as much but still had fun! I can't wait to go this year!! I'll probably enjoy it even more when Kynslee can enjoy some of things also.

Well you were from Star so ! I went to the Fun Days every year as a kid, by the time I got to be in the parade (and never with the band, gymnastics, dance team, etc.) I had enjoyed the Fun Days many times, plus they had a carnival as I got older, so I enjoyed that even after the parade.
