Many of us struggle to find a way to keep our baby angels with us. I know I am looking for the right piece of jewelry that I can wear daily. Here are some places you may want to check out.

A friend of mine gave me a sterling silver necklace for Christmas. The charm is a silver heart "prayer box". Every time I wear it, I truly feel like it represents the baby and really feel good inside. I thought it was the most thoughtful gift she could have given me. I absolutely love it!

I was able to find some nice beads and charms at walmart, and made my self a necklace and a bracelet. They make me feel like I really was pregnant, and I really do have a little angel!

I was looking around that site and saw the forget me knot shadow box and I started crying. It's beautiful and the passage: “Yet I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms of my hands.” Isaiah 49:16 hit me really hard. I might just have to get it.

Hi gals,

my SIL actually MAKES this jewelry. She does custom made stuff so basically you email her and tell her what colors you want or anything special that you want and she'll make it for you. You can see other samples of her stuff at

http://www.camlin.net/Diane%20Marie/diane_marie.htm

The stuff in the pics obviously is not the baby jewelry (just a sample of other stuff that she makes) but I've seen her finished products. She made one with her Daughter's name and has made MANY grandchild ones etc. She's very easy to work! Hope it helps!

Hey ladies! I wanted to share some pieces of jewelry that a friend has made for me and that I will be purchasing next week. Also, this is the meaning behind what she created...

Moonstone is said to have powers that aid in nurturing receptivity and balancing of the emotions and to help prepare the mama-to-be to welcome new life into her body, and into her life. Most moonstones have multicolored rainbow sheen not visible to the camera. It is one of my favorites.

Rose quartz are the beads of love and fertility. They are said to help promote pregnancy and to protect the mother and unborn fetus from miscarriage. It is also one of my favorites.

Lapis Lazuli It was believed by the Greeks to have the power to prevent miscarriage and to give powers of special "sight" or perception.

It just so happens the colors are white, pale pink and blue, which would be fitting for a girl or boy. Your image of each strand representing the three of you is what I had in mind. The Lapis and Moonstone strand is more masculine, the Rose Quartz is soft for baby, and the middle is a mix of all three for mamma.

I got a really great angel chram for a bracelet from www.AfterTheLoss.com. You get it personalized with a body and head color. (like for the month you had your m/c or the month you were due. The woman who runs this site also has her items on ebay, just do a search for "pregnancy loss charm"

My best friend's daughter was stillborn at full term this Jan. I gave her a neckalce I found at the Family Christian Store. I think it was called the reunion heart. It was a siver heart with a smaller heart cut out of it. It had a very touching poem with it about the missing piece of my heart and being re-united again some day. She loved it and wore it to the funeral.

I make bracelets for the Memories of Mariam project. We provide them free to mommies. You can visit us at http://www.memoriesofmariam.com/
Click into the store to make a request.

I am also willing to take special requests, like names and colors, for a small fee covering the cost of letter beads (they are sterling silver and cost more than I normally put on the bracelets). You can see a couple of what I have done for M.O.M. at my flickr account.

I purchased an urn here for my little angel baby.
www.infanturns.com
I also received as a gift a necklace with her initial "M" you can get just about anywhere.
I also have a gold cross necklace that is an urn with her ashes in it that I ordered from the funeral home. They were super nice at the funeral home and actually paid for half of it because that is their policy for infants and younger.

The following site has just one m/c piece.. A necklace charm.. So I linked directly to that page. However, there is also some pregnancy jewelry for things like TTC/healthy birthing and other customizable birthstone things, so it may be something to consider:

http://www.twinklelittlestar.com/miscarriage.html

And this one has general memorial jewelry and other types of memorial products. I haven't looked to see if there is any jewelry particularly indicated for miscarriage/pregnancy loss or that you can customize, but sometimes it feels better just to have the symbolism instead of something that has birthstones, etc. There are things like stepping stones and framed poems in the miscarriage/pregnancy loss section.. But the entire site has almost every memorial thing you can think of.. I highly recommend it!

http://www.thecomfortcompany.net/

Hope you ladies can find what feels right for you to have a memorial item for your angel(s).

Just had one more to add...

http://www.personalizationmall.com

This one has some memorial jewelry, but also lots of other memorial items, such as plaques, jewelry boxes, etc. And even outside of the sympathy section, there are tons of things that you could personalize with birthstones, names, poems, etc. This is definitely worth looking at. I got a beautiful silver ring with a teardrop cutout on it, and inside I had the words "Always My Angels" engraved.
