Guess what girls, I am in REMISSION since yesterday. I will have 1 treatment every 3 month for 2 years witch sucks but at least it’s all gone. The reason of the treatment is that there is 85% chance the type of my type of cancer that I have might come back witting 1-2 years after been in remission, but having a treatment every 3 month was proven to bring you in remission longer. My body is so up side down, I lost another 6 pounds witch is not good for me cause I am now 138 pounds, but I am also very tall (5’9) and I have my period for about 2 weeks now. The doctor said that it would take 6-12 months for my body to come back normal. I won’t be able to go back to work until February and I am ok with that. A charity organization called COTTAGE DREAM just call me last week and the giving me a cottage for a week free for me and my family for free (it for cancer survivors only) witch it will be in July and I can’t wait to go there.
Miguel is in perfect health. His had his 18 months shot Wednesday and he did this like a pro. He is 32 pounds (no wonder my back hurts when I carry him around) and 35 inch long. The doctor said that he would be very tall like his older brother (just turn 13 yrs old in March and he is 5’8). Miguel will be staring daycare at the end of June witch it will be is first time away from me and I am a bit scare but it will give me a chance to rest and the older boy will also be gone at the day camp.
