So I have 7 months until my wedding and I really want to lost about 30lbs. I have been working on my eating habits a bit and now I need to sort out my exercise schedule. Does anyone have any exercises that they do on a regular bases that are easy to do while keeping the little ones in line???
Whatever you do make sure that you check with your Doc first. I know anything that puts a lot of stress on your abs etc right after having a baby is not good. Personally I do lots of stretching throughout the day and cardio when I get the time. Exercise bike or a yoga dvd something like that. Also walking is great exercise and something you can do with baby/kids. And keep breastfeeding if you are. I swear this was the number one factor in taking off that excess baby weight!
