Hey Ladies,

I'm supposed to be going up to a cottage tonight up North (in Ontario) and it's supposed to be really humid (no AC in the cottage) is it safe to dip in the water to cool off ?

I agree. Unless there are warnings saying the water is unsafe then I wouldn't worry about it. My parents have a cottage in Fenelon Falls, ON and their cottage is on both a river and a lake, we swim all the time. My daughter loves swimming in the river.

I also think it's safe. I went swimming this week in Lake Ontario (Sandbanks) and saw at least 1 other pregnant woman swimming too.

Like the other ladies said I wouldn't stress unless the water isn't safe.

If it's unsafe, there should be signs up, so I don't see why it would be a problem

I agree, unless the water is contaminated swimming is perfectly safe in pregnancy.
