I am currently dieting to lose about 10 pounds give or take. It's weight I think is hanging on me because I stay home and haven't exercised in about a year (bad!) I have decided to start again this week. Ohhhhh the impending pain!

WELL. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I don't diet per se, it was more of a lifestyle change. I eat healthy now. I limit calories, carbs, sugar and sodium. Portion size is important to me as well as lots of water. It's been working for me, I've lost 57lbs in under 5 months.

I dont exercise. Unless you count lots of walking and house cleaning. I changed some small parts of my lifestyle and my diet and lost 60lbs in 6 months so I guess I dont need to exercise Not true, I'll be more active in the summer I think.
