He's fine. He was about an hour late for his lesson though. He said that the highway was pretty much completely blocked. Last I heard it was single lane alternating traffic. I really wish people would learn how to drive.

That would be very frustrating. I feel for the people in accidents but it sure makes other peoples' days more stressful.

I hate accidents, they are always preventable. ugh. I'm sure you're DH will be fine driving a transport truck, they're much bigger than other vehicles.

The accident happened just before he got to that part of the highway. If he had left at his usual time he would have been right at that area of highway when it happened but he wanted a few extra minutes in bed this morning. What happened was someone coming this way took a curve too fast and smashed into a truck going that way. It doesn't say if she was speeding but it doesn't matter because she was still going too fast with there being frost/ice on the road. The guy in the truck is fine but the driver of the car is in the hospital.
