My feelings:
I want this baby out now! But not until atleast early Thursday morning; df does not get home from work until Wednesday evening.

How my body is feeling right now:
Crampy - yay, I feel like I have my period.... It really stinks
My cervical area feels like someone is sitting underneath me poking me really hard with knitting needles. These are sharp, stabbing pains, and they occur anytime, whether I am sitting, standing, walking....... They HURT!
I am having some "irregular" contractions; nothing to be concerned about at the moment....
My back has really started to hurt today..... I have on-going back problems from a car accident I was involved in but I have been really good at keeping that at ease, today has been impossible..... I have tried numerous times to twist my back to make it feel better but to no avail..........

I saw a "june bug" sitting on my car today. I have never seen one in Nanaimo, British Columbia before.....
Is it a sign?
I guess I'll have to wait and find out.

It sounds like it could be very soon! I had the period like cramps before my water broke, they are actually contractions. I hope your DF gets home before the big day but that you don't have to suffer too much. That is way too cool about the june bug, you'll have to make sure to put that in the baby book!

Hopefully knowing so many girls here know exactly how you're feeling will help a little.
(((good labour vibes)))

I think it is! I like Jode's idea to put in your baby book.

Cheers, Michelle

I just may do that!

But I've been having such bad luck with finding that "perfect" book for Junebug. I have looked EVERYWHERE. We have only 2 malls in our city and both have the identical stores..... lol

So I will write a journal for now until I can get to Vancouver or Victoria.

I did sleep last night for the most part, well until 5 am.... So that helped a lot.
We'll see how the day goes though, it is only 8:20am right now!

Do having (not hot) baths or going to a swimming pool help? Or is the hassle just not worth it?
