Did you do a turkey?

I did a chicken because a turkey was just too big for me and the kids. I made mash potatoes, stuffing, gravy and salad to go with it.

We spent Thanksgiving with the in-laws, so they took care of the turkey. I've never made a turkey on my own. We'd probably have chicken or ham if we hosted the holidays.
