Can anyone recommend some child birth classes that are reasonably priced and/or free?

I'm not in that area either but I would recommend contacting Public Health to see what they offer. I live in in a really rural part of Ontario and the only available classes are through public health so I didn't even look at private companies that do them. Public Health is very reasonably priced.

I googled it and Durham's public health department is called Durham Region Health Department but this is a list of all public health units in Ontario: https://www.publichealthontario.ca/p...ageID=0&mode=2

I'm from the area, but we didn't do classes. A/P hospital has a class, are you delivering there?

Yes, that's where i'm delivering! I keep meaning to give them a call to ask about this.

They may tell you that you are too close to delivery to join though. It is a 1 day class.

The mom and baby Depot is located on HWY 2 in whitby. They have amazing classes for all sorts of stages. Prenatal, post natal, breastfeeding. I love them.
