We went out for Chinese food. Probably doesn't help.

You could have eggs and bacon for dinner. That's what we had for breakfast.

We just had leftovers, nothing spectacular but this week I am going to make:

- An oven skillet lasagna with caesar salad
- Irish stout steak pie, but I'm subbing in some goose SO shot for the steak
- Split red lentil soup
- And if the leftovers don't bring me to next week there's a chicken tortilla soup I've been wanting to make.

Oooh and my desert this week is going to be an almond vanilla poppyseed bread!

I have been having the same problem....to night we had pizza. I have problems making lunch/dinner. Always soup and sand or a breakfast thing.
