First a new van, one that doesn't need the garage all the time. Then we might actually be able to put some away for savings.

I would save for a new vehicle. After that it would be half savings for retirement and half saving for travel.

I would be rich our morgage is for land so we pay quiet abit. That being said it is our retirment. So I would blow it and give to charity
