I am working the skating rink booth tomorrow, and need a crockpot meal to take. We serve/donate the meal to the rink then it makes it less burger flipping.

Also no cream of something soup(2 children with mik allergies)What ideas do you have ?

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

We use pork tenderloin, and put it in on high for a few hours. Use any sauce you want (we prefer a honey garlic one), and you can add any spices you want. We add additional garlic, and some brown sugar and I think something else, but I can't remember off the top of my head, we haven't made it in a while and my DH is out. Regardless, flavour it however you like, just make sure you have some sauce in there to make sure it doesn't get dry.

Start pulling it apart about half an hour before serving, and let it soak up more of the sauce before serving. So you may want to do this before you head to the rink?

Serve on buns

We kinda made it up not from a recipe, that's why nothing is exact. We like to experiment.
