We use pork tenderloin, and put it in on high for a few hours. Use any sauce you want (we prefer a honey garlic one), and you can add any spices you want. We add additional garlic, and some brown sugar and I think something else, but I can't remember off the top of my head, we haven't made it in a while and my DH is out. Regardless, flavour it however you like, just make sure you have some sauce in there to make sure it doesn't get dry.
Start pulling it apart about half an hour before serving, and let it soak up more of the sauce before serving. So you may want to do this before you head to the rink?
