I'm sorry you're jumping through hoops with no return Can you give the agent windows of times that you can take showings and request he not book them outside of those?

I just ordered the latte mug and one of the travel mugs from zulilly....

We gave our agent certain times where it would be difficult for us to take showings an told him we would work around all other times with notice. This is twice he's tried to book at a time when we said it's not doable for us. I keep telling myself it's only been 2 weeks, we can do this!

Enjoy your new mugs!

Oh that's not good, Hope the house sells quick !!

Pictures and kids are 2 things that often do not go well together.

Taking DS#1 to preschool tomorrow(2 hrs once a week). Then off to the accountant to finalize the books

Its going to be nice today so I'm headed out to a friend's and we're going to take the kids for a walk

Yes, our agent is my DH's uncle. Love him, but can't say a thing when I don't agree with him.

Books done Dh gets a return, I pay a little, The company pays a little. But the kicker is GST way way too much we must pay but that one is kind of dumb because we collected the money, now we have to pay it on.

Super nice here today, some of the snow melted !!!

It was a pretty nice day here today too. I just need the next two days to be equally as nice, we have showings in the afternoon both tomorrow and Thursday and it would be great if I could just take DS to the park. A friend of mine wants to come see him and has the afternoon off tomorrow so she's planning on meeting me at the park to help pass the time.

On a side note DS used the potty tonight. Just as I was leaving for my Brownie meeting he ran to the bathroom door and started saying "pee, pee!" so my DH took off his pants and diaper and sat him on the toilet figuring, why not. Well what would you know, almost as soon as DH sat him down he peed! Fluke? Maybe, but it made my night.

That sucks that there were no-shows, Caroline. That would piss me off. Yay for going to the potty!

And that's great that your snow is finally melting, Chrystal.

The fence is done! I am really please with the work that he did.

We have 3 showings in the next 2 days. Here's hoping they all show up when they say they will.

YAY for getting your fence done!

Yay for potty!!! That's amazing! I hope no more no shows either

Boo for GST...have you considered paying it in installments over the year? It lessens the hurt all at once!

Its raining here today. But we're having a sushi lunch with my sisters My sister that used to live in BC moves to Hamilton tomorrow (she's been living with my parents since she moved back in December) so she won't be around as much as she has been. Thank goodness! She drives me bonkers

My parents worry me so much! I love them, but they are getting older and more forgetful and people are starting to take advantage of them. It's like having 2 sets of children to look after, but since they don't live with me and are totally independent what the heck can I do to help them? I don't think I'm going to enjoy being part of the "sandwich" generation.

Now, back to clean up for the showing this afternoon, the kids made a mess before going to school. It's cold and raining here so I have to find new plans for getting out of the house for it too, library maybe?

mmmm, sushi. I need a sushi night.

It's snowing. It's April 24 in the most Southern part of Canada and it's snowing. Mother nature is seriously messed up.

I haven't read back so I'm just jumping in here. Had a pretty laid back day, but I need to make up for it tomorrow.. getting ready to put the older two in bed and then workout.

Yup. Snowing giant flakes here too. Not cool mother nature!

I have to do my workout tonight too. I was going to skip today but I ate a bit too much sushi so I may as well do it. After today, 6 more days of level 3 of 30 Day Shred, and I'll have finished the video for the first time all the way through 30 days ever!!!!!

Hooray for being almost finished the 30DS!

It's been pouring rain here all day, but I'm just glad it isn't snow!

We have 4 showings here tomorrow now. Looks like I'll be out for the day.

DD2 did her dance class tonight. She was so excited to go, but when it came time to leave and I asked if she liked it she just shrugged her little shoulders. They invited us back to try one more class before she makes a decision, but she's not sure she wants to go. I'm actually a little sad that she doesn't like it.
