Does anyone plan their week or month of meals ?

I am trying something new and planning a months worth of meals. I make my bigger meal at lunch(feeding 8), so needs to be pretty low work to make because we also have school in the mornings. Then for supper we usually have leftovers from the night before or sandwiches.

Here is what I have Mondays(beef) smokies, sausage, beef on bun, taco
Tuesday(chicken) Crock pot sweet&sour chicken, whole chicken, wings, chicken enchiladas,
Wednesday(anything) meatballs, sausage , pork cutlet
Thursday(breakfast) sausage waffles, egg casserole
Friday(beef) BBQ hamburgers, chilli, spagetti
Saturday(soup&sand) pizza buns,
Sunday we usually only feed ourselfs so dont really need to plan

So I need your ideas !!

I also can not cook with cream of anything soups, 2 of the children have milk allergies. Some times I make homemade cream soups to cook with but they take time to make, then make the meal.

I wish I was that organized!

Another one that might go well is sloppy joes.

Do you have pinterest? I've seen several pins related to this but I didn't pin them because I don't meal plan

It's so funny that you posted this today! I just finished our meal planning! )I do it on Thursdays because that's the day that flyers come out). We do a lot of crock pot meals, soups, stews, and casseroles (shepherds pie is a hit here) and on nights that we have activities we do simple things like homemade pizza and salad, chicken wraps, etc.

I found this on Pinterest about freezer meals:

And this one about monthly meal planning:

Good luck, that is great that you are trying to be that organized.

A really easy chicken dish that we love is chicken thighs with a can of diced tomatoes poured on it with potatoes and carrots or greens from the garden. It's easy and super tasty. Oh, and onions.

Thanks Chantelle I will look into those !!

I was doing a weekly plan but I just hate cooking and not knowing what to make is 10 times harder. Usually I do a big shop one a month then just pick up fresh food when needed. So usually I have all the meat here.
