Just once. You know it didn't go well when the nurses suggest you don't come back. I actually got a phone call from the blood services asking if I wished to speak to someone about my experience because they heard it wasn't good, and telling me they had councillors I could talk to if I needed one. I admit it wasn't a pleasant experience but I didn't think it was as bad as they made it out to be.
Needless I can handle, but when they withdraw blood I just cant. Especially if they take it from the inside of my elbow. My veins like to move around a lot there and 9 times out of 10 they miss the vein and root around trying to find it.
Even blood work i force them to take it from my hand because Im tired of them missing my veins. If I could donate blood that way I might consider it.
