When was the last time you had a meltdown? What helped you recover?

Hmm, I'm not sure it would be considered a "meltdown" but the last time I was really upset was a few days ago when I found out that my cousin had been murdered by his son DH was really helpful.

Well lately I have had a lot , Almost everyday about the weather !! and the thought that sooner or later it will have to melt gets me though. I had another one this morning when I had to re needle the one calf that is still half dead, and then again today when I found out I have to take all the kids to the rink tonight. All because DH is not back !! What settled me down is payback when I go on a week trip by myself!!

My last real meltdown was when some (bleep)ing (bleep)hole was driving across a parking lot and very nearly hit my shopping cart with my son's carrier seat perfectly visible secured on the top rack. I lost it on the guy and kicked his car. He got out of the car to tell me off and call me every name in the book and checked his **** car! He didn't even acknowledge that he wasn't paying attention to where he was going and almost hit us.

I reported him but haven't heard anything about it since.
