Congratulations! I can't wait to hear more and see pictures!

I wish we had a storm here last night, instead it just got really windy. I broke down today and turned on the a/c It's 30 according to my thermometer in the shade plus a humidex. I have no idea how I'm going to survive our new house with no a/c.

We don't use it often...I think its the angle our house is on catching the cross breeze. You could get lucky!

Grr...my new boss STILL hasn't called me...he was supposed to Thursday afternoon and didn't. Since we left Thursday night, I asked he call my cell on Friday. He did...at 5:30! I was in the boat because by then I assumed he wasn't calling and the boat was ready. He said he'd call today. I hope its not 5:30 again since that's dinner and almost bed time for Cam!

Wow it was nuts here all weekend. Raining really hard.. drove 80km/hr the whole way home because the roads were so wet and visibility was low!

We have lived here for over a year, granted last spring was dry, today was the first time I've heard the sump pump turn on. (grateful it works!) We turned the heat on when we brought Arthur home because it was so cold in the house.

Its raining here now, and I'm supposed to head out in an hour and a half for coffee with a friend...we're under another thunderstorm watch. Its SO humid!

We live on a hill and we've had our sump pump turn on once since we moved here...we were also glad it worked!

How's Arthur adjusting to being at home so far?

It's actually nice here now! It rained for the last 3 days, but it got nice this afternoon.

I'm looking up some coupons online, then I need to get all my books ready for work tomorrow.

Ugh...Cam has already been up twice...not expecting good things tonight.

I think I'm going to curl up in bed with my book for now

It only rained for about 15min today. A really heavy down pour right as we got to the school to pick up the girls. Of course we walked too. DS was so upset about getting wet, the little guy was crying to hard and there was nothing I could do to calm him down or keep him dry.

All my kids are asleep. I should head to bed too.

I think I asked this before, does anyone have a girl in Guiding? We had our fly up tonight. My little girl, who isn't so little, is now in Guides. I'm sitting here trying to figure out when she grew up on me.

If you listen to the weather network it's supposed to rain and storm all day. So far we have nothing.

Supposed to storm all day today here too...it was 23 degrees at 8am! The "feels like" this afternoon will be 32

I stayed up till 12 reading my book because I was so close to the end and I couldn't stop! And then Cam decided 5:30 was an acceptable wakeup time

What book were you reading ?

Cohen was up a couple times last night ..not needing anything really. Go bathroom, get water and of course whens morning question. I also think the dog has ear mites, he was up all night scratching his ear. Between all this is one tired Momma.

Coffee is a wonderful thing!

And Cam has been wonderful so far. He's done quite a bit of independent play today which is unusual but great! I'm getting stuff done!

I think I may go to BabiesRus this afternoon to pick up the group gift for my friend's shower next weekend - we're getting her her infant carseat.

My living room looks like a tornado hit it. It's a total disaster area thanks to my little man this morning. I need a maid.

I want a maid!

Chrystal - I was reading Handle with Care by Jodi Picoult.

Never went to BabiesRus. But we did return Cam's lifejacket - we got one last week to bring with us on the long weekend...and forgot it at home lol. I didn't have the receipt but all the tags were on it so Canadian Tire still accepted it

Jodi Picoult books are so addicting.

I'm sure the kids will love the monkey bars when you get it set up. That will be so much fun for the yard!
