im doing alright, i finally got over the 149 mark i was stuck at. I was 147.6 this AM, my original goal was 135 by july but i think i will be happy to get to 140, if i loose more after that great, and if not im ok with that number too
I've officially lost 33 lbs since January I still have about 22 lbs before I hit my ultimate goal (135 lbs) but I've stopped setting my goals solely based on weight, and started setting them more on body fat percentage with my ultimate goal to be into the athletic range!
I've been working out a lot on my own, and last night I had my consultation with a personal trainer- he is supposed to have my plan ready for tomorrow!
Until I get my Iron under control and feeling better, I can't so much in terms of working out -- too exhausted. Ideally, I wanted to lose at least 10-15 lb before going back home in July. Don't know if that is going to happen.
Ugh. I weigh the most. Its funny because no one thinks I weigh what I do. I apparently carry it well.
dont worry about the number! are you tall? im tall (5'8) so i think (or like to think) that i carry my weight well, i really dont look like i need to loose 10-15lbs and i think its because im taller than most women
