Go to Starbucks. The drive and the soothing hot chocolate gives me a chance to so something 'just for me'. Unfortunately, it is not good for the weightloss. And, yes, I will even have a hot chocolate on a hot day if I am super stressed. (No other hot chocolate will so, it has to be Star$, LOL).

I know that feeling I get macchiatos on hot days as well!

My destress is a bubble bath. Or coffee with friends out of the house.

i like to take a bath, but if its too hot for that usually i go for a walk around the block alone
