After fighting Cam till almost 8:30, he slept through (mostly!) again. He tried to get up at 5:45 though...not so much a fan. I left him in there till 6:45 when I was showered, dressed, etc.

But I *hope* the days of the sleep deprivation are over. He's consistently sleeping longer stretches.

Yesterday was my fault though, he was so ready to go to bed at like 6:10 and and I said no. He needs to stay up. I gave up at 6:35, I didn't want to fight, but then it took till 8:30 to put him down. It really sucked because I picked him up from my mom's at 5:50 since I had a late meeting at work so I saw him happy for all of 10 minutes. Next time I'll just put him down It sucks that I don't get quality time with him during the week and then when I do try to extend it, it blows up in my face.

At least its Thursday! And my daycare provider is losing her voice so she's hoping she doesn't have what some of the other kids had. I may stay home and keep him home tomorrow. We'll see.

It took us another 3 hours last night to put Marcos to bed. It wouldn't be so bad if he'd just let me rock him and sing to him quietly until he falls asleep, but it's like 3hrs of fussing because he is overtired. I think I am going to start sleep training him pretty soon because this is getting ridiculous.

Then I shouldn't tell you that DS went to bed almost an hour early at 7:30pm and slept right through to 7:00am. Granted, he didn't nap at all yesterday and was a royal pain from about 2:30-7:30, screaming and crying about everything, refusing to eat, throwing, pinching and hitting.

Hannah had a hard time going to sleep last night too, and ended up in our bed. I'm exhausted today at work. And slightly jealous of DH. There's a power outage in our town and he got sent home from work early, my office is over an hour away so the power is on here just fine!

I'm glad he slept for you Caroline!

And Cam is doing well so far tonight!

I hope no more snow for a bit!

Hope the power outage wasn't serious Chantelle!

Nothing today. Still chilly though.

Its jeans day at work. And I wore a hoodie as well to keep warm. This building is always freezing...in a good way in the summer and it sucks in the winter!

I need to take Cam to places like that. Now that he's down to one nap a day, it should be easier to plan those things on weekends. Under 2 is typically free!

here kids under 1 are free, after that you have to pay. I bet Cam would love it, they had a little kid section just for toddlers, Will had a blast playing there, Ross climbed everything and even Finn enjoyed crawling around on the floor

That's crazy he's crawling. I remember when you were pregnant!

I don;t know who ordered this crap weather but they can take it back! Freezing rain mixed with snow! Its a hang out at home in PJs kind of day, but there is a new baby store opening in town today I wanted to go to (and hopefully win a door prize lol). We'll see what happens!

Well, just in case any of you were wondering. I didn't take the girls to the Guiding event today. I wasted the $30 and stayed home. It was -2 and hailing when we got up and then continued to rain and be super windy and cold for the rest of the day. DD2 has been sick and missed a day of school already this past week, I'm not totally healthy and have been living on cold pills for 3 days, not to mention the headaches I've been getting from this beautiful (cough, cough, choke) weather, so I said forget it, we're not going. There was no way I was dragging the girls out at 7:30am in this mess to be outside until 4:30 this afternoon. They'd both be soaked to the bone and freezing, no matter how I dressed them. It was an all outdoor event with very little shelter I also saved us 4 hours of driving since it was an hour away and I'd be driving an hour there and another hour back for DH to have to do the same thing in the afternoon.

The concert this evening was amazing though! I had such a good time. Mom and I went out for supper, found awesome parking, and the seats were better than I even expected! So much fun to get a night out without children and do something that was just for me.

Now I need to get some sleep, DD1 has her first game tomorrow morning.

LOL! I'm not really sorry about the Guiding event, other than the girls missing out. This is the one that the other leader signed me up for without confirming with me and then got all snippy about when I told her I had plans that day. I'm waiting to deal with her wrath at the next meeting.

You had a valid excuse! I wouldn't have wanted to be outside yesterday either!!! I'm glad you didn't go I didn't realize it was this weekend otherwise I would have asked you about it lol.

I'm glad the concert was fantastic!

We are almost done clearing out our spare room to start prepping it as Cam's big boy room! I also was using that closet in addition to my own so took the time to clean out and organize all my clothes in total and move around my maternity clothes and put away the stuff I won't be wearing for months etc. I feel so productive!!!

Yay!!!!! Great way to start the season!!!!! That's fantastic!!!!

I am SO happy. We had a technical glitch when our PR was merged with two others and they lost all of our belly pic threads, birth stories, etc. A girl in our PR found a way to recover most of them! That JM techs couldn't! I had my birth story saved but not my belly pic thread or anything, but at least I get some of the comments and such back!
