When do you start putting boots on your little ones? I bought Cam size 7s, and he's solidly in 6s in shoes right now, but the boots aren't much bigger than his shoes (holding the soles up to each other) and they are lined too. So I'm guessing they'll already fit. But will I make his feet overheat? They are from Joe Fresh and it says that they are rated (or whatever) to -20.
When I start wearing boots for the winter because it's too cold for shoes, the my children all start wearing boots too. Sometimes a little bit sooner for the older ones because I know they'll be out playing for recess and will be "stuck" out in the cold for longer periods of time. I also put boots on my DS if he's going to be riding in the stroller a little sooner because he won't be moving to keep circulation going to keep his toes warm.
Then again, I hate to be cold, I've already put coats, hats and mitts on all my kids for this year.
Hmmm....they walk to the bus most days, its not far like 10 houses down, and he sits in the wagon or stroller. Maybe I'll start putting him in his boots. He's been wearing a hat for a while and he hates mitts but I send them anyways. Just started sending his coat this week ($15 for the full snowsuit from Once Upon a Child!!!!).
The one by us is always soooo behind in getting product on the shelves...like, they don't always have totes to put new stuff in to sort because they don't put stuff on the shelves. So I go at least once a week lol.
