I just wanted to second the recommendation of that book. I was so happy to find a book written entirely from a Canadian perspective. It's got a few good chapters about preparing and ttc also, and now I'm reading the chapters about the first trimester.

There is also a follow-up book called The Mother of all Baby Books that I bought, but haven't read yet. Both books are on sale at Amazon.ca. Click the links below if you're interested!

my fiance is sterile so we're doing IUI and a sperm donor. He has had sperm analysis done and he is 100% sterile.

Are you going to see Dr. Hudson?
Is Feb the soonest you could get in? I am asking becuase my DH just dropped off his sample to complete the S/A. Once we have those results my doctor is sending us to Dr. Hudson. I have heard it takes a long time to get into see him but I was hoping for something sooner then Feb?
