DH and I had a wonderful talk last night. I told him I couldn't quit thinking about having kids anymore. I know we'll never be "ready" but we're not doing too bad. We have some good game plans and both agreed we can change it up if it's not working. Last night we finally agreed we'd start to really try. I feel relieved because we were talking about waiting another year for finanical reasons... I know that it could be better to wait but we agreed the real reason was because we were just to afraid to become parents. We agreed we had unreasonable expectations of ourselves and we will likely screw up our kids, unintentionally. I hope this makes sense!

Congrats. If everyone waited until they were financially ready, nobody would have kids.

I feel the same way about the money now too. I also know he and I will grow just as our children will so we can't let the idea of possible mistakes hold us back...

YAY ! When I unexpectantly found out I was pregnant I was telling my sister that we really weren't ready and she told me that there never really is a prefect time to start a family. I felt so much better after she told me that! Well, have fun !!!!

Good luck TTC!

And it is true, no one is ever truely ready to have a baby. I don't think we really were, but everything worked out well anyways.

And look, now I'm ready to have our 5th baby lol.

hehe! Have you tried using any of the online ovulation calculators? That is how I got pregnant this time. I know some people have irregular cycles so it may not work for them but for me it seemed to work. It gave me a week that was good for "doing the deed" LOL and luckily enough the first try worked. I SO did NOT expect that!

Im really happy for you. Everyones right, there never is a perfect time. Even though I know that we struggle with that as well, and just went off TTC. It feels good to know others are moving foward with their plans. Good Luck! Hope you conceve fast!

I have the biggest respect for you TTC girls. My stepmother could never conceive and I saw firsthand the struggles she dealt with. I think she is more excited about my baby than anyone and I'm proud that I can share this with her. I'm sending you vibes and am happy that you are at least enjoying the process so much!
