I make a green smoothie and a brown smoothie fairly often.
For the green smoothie:
Spinach, banana, pineapple, mint and ginger, in the blender.
For the brown, which looks like brown sludge or chocolate milk, but tastes soooooooo good:
Spinach, mint, ginger, lime, peaches, blueberries, bananas and water in the blender.
For thicker smoothies, use ice instead of water. For sweeter, use more fruit and less spinach. I through spirulina (sp?) in it too sometimes, for plant based protein.
