I haven't set anything in stone for Emma's party this weekend food wise. I already picked up some cheesies and pretzels, and I brought home some hotdog buns from work, but what else that's a bit more on the healthy side do you suggest? I know I can do the usual cut up fruits and veggies, but I want something fun that the kids will like.

They will be getting a huge sugar rush with the cupcakes...I'll be getting a bunch of little candies, marshmallows, etc. for them to decorate with, but I would like to keep the food part as healthy as possible.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

For drinks you could make fruit smoothies (with yogurt), instead of just serving the fruit as is you could do a fruit salad.

If none of the kids have a nut allergy you could do peanut butter and banana roll ups.

I will try and think of some other stuff....my brain is not functioning right now.

Since you have the fruit cut up why not make it into a fun fruit kebabs?? Let the kids make there own kebabs and then they can enjoy eating what they made... Good Luck Im not to sure.
