So we are about two weeks into our Healthy Mommas Club... how are we doing?


I need to measure still but I feel a little lighter. I weighed last night (we don't have a scale at home) and at the end of the day weighed the same as two weeks ago. So I think I may be down a few since I had had meals and all that. I am doing good as far as food goes. Eating better portion sizes and not doing bad snacks. I am still working on drinking more water. I don't necessarily "work out" everyday but around here there are always chores so I count those most days.

Whitney, going by how you feel and how your clothes are fitting is more accurate than what the scale shows. Weighing is really only helpful when it can be done consistently- same scale, same time of day, same clothes (or without clothes).

I'm doing good... just gonna keep doing what I've been doing until I have this baby.

i agree, theres no point in weighing if its not consistant, cos things like a pint of water weigh 1lb, so if you had something to drink before weighing it'll be off, if you havent been to the toilet etc. so def go by your clothes and how you feel. its all that really matters anyway right?

I havent been doing well this weekend, but before that i was down 5 lbs. i hope that the extra walking i did over the weekend cancels out the bad bad food! all in all i think its going well, and i think the support of you ladies is really helping!
