Hi! For this week... just portion control... more water. I'm going to increase my exercise to 4 times a week now instead of three. I'm gonna start adding a bowl of oatmeal to my diet every morning so that I can increase my milk supply a little more...

Exercise: This week I'm going to do some stretching and easy yoga each day, at least 15 min.

Diet: eat to appetite, focusing on getting enough fiber and lots of raw veg/fruit

Okay so I know I have slacked in the exercise department BUT I feel like I am doing good. I am active, focusing on tons of water, smaller portions, and trying not to be a clean plater. So I am going to keep doing more of the same.
