I feel like I'm eating a little better. I make sure to get breakfast before work each morning, don't eat as much at work, and have been eating smaller portions at dinner too - and a lot less snacking. I'm really just getting back into things, but glad to be getting back on track. Starting my new schedule tomorrow and making time to work out every morning.

This week, I want to make sure I work out every morning and get in my walk each night. If I can lose any weight at all, just get the number down, I will be happy.

i have been doing terribly the whole month! but i seem to have alot more energy this week, so while food isnt the greatest i've been getting out and about alot more.

I also got my appointment for the dietician. i have to wait until the 22nd of sept, i am soo looking forward to it. i need some help!

I have been a little naughty the past week. I have still been doing great with water. Last night I did push ups with DH... I know that sounds like nothing but for me it's kind of huge and I'd like to keep doing it. Also, last night I had the urge to run so I may be dusting off the treadmill sometime soon.

I'm really pumped, LOL! Lucy is 3 weeks old, and I weighed in at 200lb this morning... I started my pregnancy with her at 205, so I'm really excited that by this time next week, I might have said "see ya" to the 200's for good! (At 5'11" my "ideal" weight should be between 163 and 181.)

I'm going to continue stretching every day and start walking 1-2 miles every other day. My nutrition goals are to focus on getting raw foods and plenty of fiber daily. And I'm gonna keep chugging my water!
