I would really love to lose 5 pounds this month! There I said it! Now I have to do it!

I have been naughty and have been having bad things in the evening... DH MAKES me do it... but I know that stopping will help a lot. I am going to start walking again, either outside or on the treadmill.

I finally have gotten on track with working out every morning. Granted, its a record of 3 days, but you gotta start somewhere!

I want to break into the 150s this month. Last time I checked, I was 166 - so it's not TOO far off.

well still prego so i want to try to walk more ! I know that the next few months will pass by very quickly and then i will be on the losing track instead of growing baby track!

I'm not setting a weight goal this month b/c I have no idea what would be realistic. I definitely want to see a drop in my body fat percentage. My exercise goal for this month is at least 30 minutes at least 4 days/week of cardio and yoga. My dietary goal is to eat to appetite, get a good balance of the macronutrients in each meal/snack, get at least 96 oz water every day, and start keeping a food journal.
