My goal for September was to go closer to 150 than 160 (I was around 163 in September). This week, my lowest has been 156-157. I'm hoping to keep around that or even lower by the end of the month. By January, I REALLY want to hit 149 or at least come close.

I am not doing good . My activity level has gone down some and I am not making enough of an effort on cold days to work out or walk. I have even been doing really bad with my water consumption... which reminds me, I need to go have a big drink!
